Hi,
I’m Rob, Chair of Prima Group’s Board and with my colleague Anita Leech, Chair of Prima’s Performance and Operations Committee. We’re so pleased you’ve found us and hope you might be one of our future Customer Advisors, joining our Performance and Operations Committee. We are currently looking to recruit up to five customers.
New Performance and Operations Committee
A new Performance and Operations Committee is being set up to support Prima’s Board by focusing on customer experience, service delivery and performance. This will replace the current Customer Voice Board, and build on the great foundations already in place involving customers.
This new committee will give customers a voice and influence over the way we do things, create a clearer link between board and customers, and ensure Prima are held to account on customer related matters.
The committee will be made up of up to eight members. This will include up to five customers and three members of Prima Group’s Board, including Anita who will act as Chair.
Customer Advisors
Customers who join the committee will bring their different experiences, perspectives and strengths — just like the communities we serve. We’re looking for people from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to help shape our work. By joining us, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives.

About the Role
Customer Advisor (up to 5 positions available) - £1,200 per year

Thinking beyond your own situation and of others
Customer Advisors will play a vital role in shaping our direction and ensuring we stay on track. We are currently looking to recruit up to five customers.
You’ll collaborate closely with other Customer Advisors, Board Members and our management team, asking the right questions about performance and service delivery and helping to set our vision and priorities. By holding the leadership team accountable, you’ll ensure our focus remains firmly on putting customers first and continually improving what we do.
We’re looking for individuals who can think for themselves, bring fresh perspectives and ask thoughtful questions. You’ll help us improve by bringing valuable lived experiences, commitment, insight and a collaborative spirit.
You don’t need any prior Board or housing experience, we’ll support you with training and an induction to build confidence in the role so you can thrive.

We are a locally based housing association with over 2,800 properties, predominantly in Liverpool, Sefton and Wirral. We provide homes for families, single people, those over 55, and key workers on a shared ownership basis.
